Being antiracist is NOT a performance for public praise.
It’s a practice of reflection, accountability, and consistent change, especially when no one’s watching.
And yes, it’s going to be uncomfortable.
Because undoing centuries of conditioning should be.
But the goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is practice.
Practice noticing when you center yourself.
Practice disrupting white silence.
Practice building relationships rooted in equity and consent and not control or saviorism.
