@dansup if I go to https://m.yloops.com/ it pauses the music I was listening to, none of the video buttons work, and I can't scroll through the page (Firefox mobile, on android). I do like the idea of a production server where you can't see any posts 😎 finally we're free.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our site, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
Probably a good idea to identify who those trusted third parties are, I'd think. I assume it's not to do with federation, as the transfer of data to other federated servers is mentioned elsewhere in the document.
@dumpsterqueer right? Great point, and that's why I wanted to make this easily editable for admins so they can handle that appropriately.
Some other projects may not include placeholders like this, but I think it's better than nothing!
@dansup ah okay it's a placeholder... So not the actual privacy policy for m.yloops.com? In that case it's probably worth saying at the top of the unedited version "this is a placeholder text". Or just don't publish it until admins have already customized it. Otherwise people are going to think it's the actual privacy policy and not a placeholder :P
@dumpsterqueer It is the actual privacy policy, but I haven't customized it myself because that server is only a demo.
