My complaint about Scotrail today is that it seems that the only way to complain about Scotrail on one of their trains is via a fascist hellsite.
They don’t seem to have a presence on here that I can find, but I’d love to know if they (and other public bodies in Scotland) have plans to move to more open platforms.
