@spark464 @admin @box464@mastodon.social another FASCINATING experiment: if I hover with my mouse over the Fediverse profiles I tagged, I get a "mailto" code over my Mastodon and Sharkey profiles. The Mastodon one has the weird dash inserted... and your Mastodon profile seems to work ok (it's even included in the reply to my previous post, unlike my Mastodon and Sharkey profiles).

I'll add screenshots to this comment.

this is the code that appears when I hover over my Mastodon username in a Bonfire comment. The Mastodon username is spelled out correctly but Bonfire adds a slash in between the @ and _

@ele @admin @box464@mastodon.social @ivan@bonfire.cafe @mayel@bonfire.cafe I did get a notification on mastodon.social for this. And a notification icon on Bonfire as well for spark.

I've noticed that as well when I edit posts. The Bonfire Edit dialog isn't quite right. I usually just delete it and start over.
