A federal judge on Friday blocked #Trump from ending #BirthrightCitizenship for #children of parents who are in the #US illegally, issuing the 3rd court ruling blocking the #ExecutiveOrder nationwide since a #SCOTUS decision.

US Dist Judge Sorokin, joining another court as well as an appellate panel of judges, found that a #NationwideInjunction granted to more than a dozen states remains in force under an exception to the SCOTUS ruling.
