Yes, we had to file a DMA complaint to the @EUCommission because #Google believes that disabling = uninstalling.

Under the #DMA, gatekeepers must allow users to uninstall apps, which, of course, means the complete removal of an app, not its disabling. This is key for #DeviceNeutrality.
