Trump has repeatedly and systematically insulted, diminished, threatened, and abandoned Japan in his first few months. Japan would be foolish to ignore the reality posed by a re-oriented white nationalist Trump US. Japan is being treated just like any other shit-hole country populated by a subhuman non-Aryan race. Japan may be the US' most reliable bond-holder with an economy greater than Russia, but Trump only understands groveling subservience from those he perceives as inferior races.
