“I had to visit a friend & colleague who was in a hospice in #Inverness. I booked my flight & was boarding when a gentleman in front of me enquired about my trip.

I explained & he realised the importance of finding my way to Inverness & to the hospice. He said he would be in arrivals waiting for me. He would take me straight to the hospice. He drove me there without hesitation.

His name is Richard. I am so grateful to him. My friend passed away two days later. I had my time with him.”
