One of the biggest problems also here is technology people that think they can interpret and understand legal language like T&Cs (Terms and Conditions), laws and licenses as if they were deterministic software source code. They are almost always wrong. Please ask a lawyer before jumping to conclusions. I promise, you will be surprised. I am talking from (painful) experience.
