#Maga vs #antimonopoly by #MattStoller
https://www.thebignewsletter.com/p/monopoly-round-up-jeff-epstein-maga
MAGA supporters need a giant spider web of myths to believe, in order to explain a world that is deeply unfair. The anti-monopoly movement doesn’t need such myths; we understand that Robert Bork and a set of policymakers changed the law in the 1970s. But that’s not how the right understands power, because they fundamentally do not believe any institutions with collective meaning - such as the law - can be trustworthy.
