Community Appliances promptly sent someone to fix my 20+ year old dryer. He had it fully apart in < 5 minutes, and had replaced the belt and both wheels (just about everything replaceable) and reassembled in less than 30 minutes. $265 for the whole thing ($130 for the service call/diagnostic)

They also really wanted to send someone the next day when I called on Monday. They were confused that I was willing to wait multiple days.
