Are there any good, unrestricted, preferably generic, top-level domains (TLDs) whose sponsor is non-profit registered in European Union? europe

I started looking up which TLD's were owned by organizations not based in the US / China / Russia, but it got very complicated, really fast as there are so many organizations, and even the TLD's that I *did* find, often had disqualifying terms such as having to be a citizen or business based in that country.

I'm sure it *is* possible to find some of these. I just ran out of time.

I'd love to start switching domains to TLD's less impacted by the US, too though.

And before anyone says the obvious, yes, I'm aware that ICANN is US based, but removing some US orgs from the equation is still better than removing none imo.
