Our state government planned to spend $10m+ on fixing the safety issues on Kerferd Rd, introducing a new protected bike lane, beautiful landscaping, and slowing down vehicle speeds by design. The local councillors scuttled it. We've FOI'd the never released plans to show what could have been. 1/5
