a. Ancient democracy was dictatorship of thetes (the ancient name of proletarians). Thetes class was the far majority, 50-60% of the citizens, the whole state was paid lowest wages, so, the state positions was filled by thetes. You had gov of thetes and state of thetes :P
b. Since the majority its no rule in the modern democracies, then are not democracies de facto. All from 18th century until now are agree it is oligarchy of the wealthy (i..e. plutocracy).

@DBG3D capitalism is when you're exploiting other people's labour as a business owner to produce capital for yourself. Using your own labour to earn a living is not capitalism.

You cannot magically extract yourself from capitalism. Its hegemony means you can't just get away from everything and still survive. You still need to pay rent, so you still need to earn money, so you still need to ask for it on platforms that maximize the chances of earning it. There's no magical solution.

@DBG3D also how do you imagine people like Lenin were able to do their work, you think they just did it part time while working full time job to make sure they don't starve?
They also relied on support to keep them going and allow them to focus on revolutionary work full time.
