Israel plans to initially force 600,000 Gazans into a concentration camp in Rafah. They will not be allowed to leave. Eventually, the entire population of Gaza would be housed there, and Israel aims to implement “the emigration plan, which will happen”, according to war criminal, Israel Katz, who is Israel's Defence Minister.
