I found a local place for adult psychological assessment (for autism and ADHD) but they only do it for autism. I’m pretty sure thats yes for me but not really sure about ADHD. Besides I was thinking if it’s really ADHD, some meds might help. So I guess I’m back to square one with all the confusion about my neuro-state (?) #Neurospicy #adhd#ActuallyAutistics

Is online/telehealth an option over there? I've just gotten my diagnosis via an online service after 16ish months of trying. It's been a really tough time but I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
