@yogthos Yeah, but China doesn't need more housing. China is one of the only countries in the world that has a housing surplus. China has about 2x the amount of housing than they do population right now, which is one of the reasons for people always doom-posting about some "inevitable" collapse of the Chinese economy since so much investments are supposedly tied up in unnecessary, surplus real-estate.
