For #MountainMonday some pics of our hike to the Gehrihorn. First hike of my work colleague in 10 years and today he is "complaining" his muscles are a bit sore. To his credit though, he did ask when we could go hiking again. 🙌

Summit of the Gehrihorn. It is a bump on the ridge with grassy slopes on the one side and steep drops on the other.

This is by the way how the Gehrihorn looks like from the valley, does not seem to be your easy hiking summit. But it is T2 with short parts T3 (if you go down via the Grathütte, otherwise T2 up/down).

@bergmeister Did you visit https://www.grathuette.ch/? Grat small hut at an outstanding location. We stayed there once over night. Highly recommend.

@hoffmann we went passed it yes. They are not opened to day hikers, but they do have a crate with cold drinks approx 100 meters from the hut. Nice thing on a super hot day.
