New weird MCAS symptom? Food that isn't actually spicy tastes "spicy", kinda like the sensation in the mouth after eating something peppery or with chili in it.

It's very weird. Like, I just ate a Twix (chocolate can trigger MCAS attacks) and after eating, I had the sensation of something peppery on my tongue.

But gosh damn I really wanted a chocolate bar.
