@Gargron I live in Japan and it’s 35 degrees in here, plus high humidity. Get a neck cooler, sun umbrella, and it’s gonna be alright..

@Gargron I live in a 3d floor apartment. I have several Blue Ice bags in the fridge. I put one on my lap for 20 minutes. Later I put one on my ankles. It is amazing. I do this several times a day. I feel much better. We are in the 95+ F here.

@Gargron pace yourself, and hydrate plenty. Pro tip: get a flannel soaked in cold water, fold it, and place it on either wrist. It helps to cool you down.

@Gargron how bad is it at your place? Do you use a fan? I found out that fans could be very useful. I live under the roof in a flat with large south-facing windows that have no shutters. We have been closing all the windows since this morning and with 33°C outside, we manage to maintain a little 29°C inside. The fan is helping a lot to not suffer from the heat.
