Have I mentioned recently how much I like my rock garden?
My car mechanic gave me a ride home the other day when my car had to stay the night, and when he saw my garden, he said, wow that's a lot of plants!

Close up of a mound of birdeye pearlwort. It's a dark green low plant that looks like moss, dotted with tiny delicate white flowers.

A patch of purple creeping thyme with some tall yellow green sedum flowers that have popped up into it from the neighboring plant.

Ground level view in my rock garden, with some white creeping thyme flowers, then some yellow sedum flowers, then purple creeping thyme

Looking across my rock garden, with islands of colors amongst seas of rocks. Closest to us is a big patch of bright purple creeping thyme. Behind it is some yellow green sedum with tall orange yellow flowers. Behind that are other patches of white and green and purple and orange.
