These abstracts are all indexed by NASA ADS (https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/), but unfortunately, if you click on the link to the publisher's full text, the requested URL on the LPI website doesn't exist.
The authors were given no explanation for why this was done, and there appears to be no mechanism to challenge the removal. I'm not aware of any mirrors of the LPI database.
LPI is simply re-writing history by removing talks from the programs of conferences that already occurred. The "correct" way to have done this would have been to keep the program intact, and replace the pdf with an explanation of why the content is no longer available.
