@letydoesstuff Searching for the #Democrat and #Democrats hashtags pulls up zero clickable results, while obviously #Republican and #Republicans work just fine.
Manipulating the URL to take me to the relevant hashtag pages shows me a sensitive content warning that obviously should not apply.
Editing my account settings to allow all sensitive content and manipulating the URL to return to the relevant hashtag pages still show the same sensitive content warning.
If you still have Meta accounts, I highly suggest you uninstall the apps if you haven't already. It's safer to just log in and test these URLs from a browser you can wipe.
