Do I have any followers that speak Korean? Could you chime in on this Pull Request?

https://github.com/dokuwiki/dokuwiki/pull/4194

Edit: if you are a westerner who took a semester of Korean once, you're probably not qualified to help. This is a question for Korean DokuWiki users.

@dokuwiki I don’t **speak** Korean, but after a week in Korea I got to the point that I could decompose the characters and pronounce them.

The table-based method is more accurate, but means a table of not quite 20k entries, each of which will give (up to) three phonemes. Which isn’t all that large for computers today.

If I were tackling this today, I would use a table, even though it would use ~64k. Better than worrying about edge cases.
