THIS is how you treat customers when they close an account.
Notwithstanding their absolutely perfect follow-up email, it was super easy to find the button to close my account, and when I clicked it, there was no further bullshit. Just "your account is closed. Thanks for your business!"
Big ups to Feedbin...they've been a great service, and I'd keep using them forever for $5/month if I weren't self hosting my RSS feeds now.
