Remember when Twitter went toxic and we #ToldYouSo'ed and #WasNeverThere'd users aggressively toward this and other platforms in droves?
Me neither! We built tools for exporting timelines, finding friends and professional contacts elsewhere, made tutorials and went out of our way to find people and tell them where others went before them.
Same with the #RedditExodus - we still have a website mapping communities to Lemmy and Kbin.
I wish some of that energy towards freeing people from #Discord !
