@claesdevreese While y'all are applauding them for leaving X, please remember that air traffic accounts for 2% of global CO2 emissions, there are subsidies on airplane fuel, tickets and often airports, airlines don't even manage their 1% target of bio fuel, the compensation programs are 90% scam, 80% of the world population have never flown in their lives etc. Basically there is barely any ethical and just way to fly to or from Amsterdam airport or anywhere at all.
An airport on Mastodon is still an airport, which means a company whose business is escalating the climate catastrophe.
