Hidde de Vries | State of the Browser

Hidde (@hdv) is interested in web standards, browsers and authoring tools, as well as how they can work together to build a web that puts people first. Hidde writes about these things and more on hidde.blog. He works in Sanity’s developer relations team. For over ten years, he has worked as a developer and accessibility specialist for organisations like Mozilla, W3C, the Dutch government and the European Commission. Hidde has a degree in Philosophy and used to be involved with the professional association for Dutch front-end developers, organising meet-ups, workshops and conferences.

Andy Bell | State of the Browser

`Andy is a designer and front-end developer who founded Set Studio: an agency who specialise in producing extremely creative websites and campaigns. Andy has also spent well over a decade specialising in simplifying CSS to make it scale-up for design system projects—in some cases, accessible to millions of people—for some of the largest organisations in the world, such as Google, Harley-Davidson, Vice Media and the NHS. He also wrote the majority of Learn CSS, a CSS course by web.dev.`
