Doesn't cool at all even in optimal humidity range & following the instructions to the letter. It's a $109 high-watt fan basically.

You'd be far better off spending $19 for a kmart box fan (which has a bigger fan & uses 40 less watts) and a misting spray bottle to spray yourself with every once in a while.

So if you were thinking of getting one of these for summer, just don't.
