A new #NIH grant provision makes it easier for NIH to terminate a grant without a court overturning the decision. From the Nov 18 announcement: "The recipient agrees that鈥unding鈥ay鈥e terminated鈥f the agency determines that the award no longer effectuates the program goals or agency priorities."
