"Unlearning A.I." by Pradeep Soundararajan #AgileTD #sketchnote

Sketchnote of "Unlearning A.I." by Pradeep Soundararajan at Agile Testing Days 2025

Sketch figure with speech bubble: "I've seen a lot and done enough in this industry to feel old - and bored"

I am tired. The same thing is being said over and over again, by the same speakers.

I am surprised. People still listen to the same.

I am disappointed. "AI" is a marketing layer - on all products. No true innovation.

I stopped learning - just can't anymore

You ask too many "How?" - it's a valid question, yet beforehand comes the "why?"

You have jobligations - some are just pleasing people

You are solving problems already solved

You are learning too much

You are going too fast - no time to relax and see things in a profound way

AI is learning you faster than you're learning it - we're giving away sensitive data

Insight, framed: AI is a rich person's toy - built by billionaires - we're all pawns in their game

Whatever is happening with AI happened with Covid too - lack of hygiene, confusion

AI works when expert is in the loop

AI is not a tool to use other tools

Insight, circled like a cloud: Unlearn the way people expose something to you so that you can give yourself a fresh perspective to it

"Dark OSINT: I know where you live" by Kristof Van Kriekingen ( @0xKristof) #AgileTD #sketchnote

Sketchnote of "Dark OSINT: I know where you live" by Kristof Van Kriekingen at Agile Testing Days 2025

Sketch figure with speech bubble: "OSINT focuses on publicly available and legally obtainable information"

It takes no time to find information on someone

Insight, circled like a cloud: "Sock puppets are fake online profiles - for protection and to view more content"

Google dorks reveal a lot of information: backups, configs, logins, pen tests, salaries, secrets, ...

Face search engine e.g. PimEyes

Insight, circled like an explosion: Your life is online

Even if you're careful, others share information about you

Two photos were enough to get a musician found, robbed and killed

Username searches can reveal other accounts

Human recon, but also corporate recon

Don't use your business email for fun accounts

Breached data on dark web forums for sale

You can access the dark web using Tor - start with the hidden wiki

Caution: it's not a happy place

Insight, circled like a cloud: Dark web and OSINT? Hunt pedophiles, find missing people

We gather intelligence, not evidence and report to authorities: location, photo of hands to get fingerprints

Insight, framed: beware of what you share online

"How Accessibility is Security" by Ina Tsvetkova and Jaunita Flessas #AgileTD #sketchnote

Sketchnote of "How Accessibility is Security" by Ina Tsvetkova and Jaunita Flessas at Agile Testing Days 2025

Two sketch figures with speech bubble: "People tend to think accessibility is only for disabled folks - yet we live in a world of accommodations. Like chairs, lights, etc."

Accessibility and security share a common goal: protecting users: from being excluded, from external threats

Insight, circled like a cloud: If security measures are not accessible they fail

MFA assumes you even have a second device

Captchas are not accessible for blind users

Challenges are tricky for cognitive impairments

What if you don't have fingerprints?

The European Accessibility Act requires accessible authentication

Insight, framed: If you don't provide alternatives you're locking out a whole group of people

People with disabilities are often targets in frauds

They often have to trust others

We all face disabilities

Security often fails to take into account user difference

Insight, circled like a cloud: Accessible security principles, list of five points:

1. Accessibility for all
2. Privacy by default
3. Inclusive authentication
4. Cognitive load reduction
5. Equal recovery and revocation

Insight, framed: Let's make things secure by inclusion

"Orchestrating Chaos Into a Symphony" by Rachel Kibler #AgileTD #sketchnote

Sketchnote of "Orchestrating Chaos Into a Symphony" by Rachel Kibler at Agile Testing Days 2025

Sketch figure with speech bubble: "Finding clarity in chaos is hard"

We need to listen through the noise to find alignment - applies to orchestras and software

When I started a new job, I found the place in chaos

There's no villain in this story - everyone was doing their part

Insight, circled like a cloud: System: a set of organized and interconnected elements that follow specific behaviors to achieve a certain outcome or goal

In systems, the wrong length of feedback loops can lead to oscillations

If feedback in testing comes too early people might panic - too late and you can't do anything anymore

Communication is crucial to bring clarity into chaos

Insight, framed: Summarize up. Expand across and down.

People used the same language to mean the same? No, very different things - needed to visualize to realize it

Give people the level of information they need to make decisions

Clarity brings calm

Care deeply

Insight, circled like a cloud: Empathy and compassion help us build stronger teams and better products

Musicians don't play louder to be heart - they listen better

Quality is about protecting trust

Harmony comes from awareness, clarity and care

Insight, framed: Making good software isn't magic - it's disciplined listening

"Air Fryers, Automation, and AI" by Angie Jones #AgileTD #sketchnote

Sketchnote of "Air Fryers, Automation, and AI" by Angie Jones at Agile Testing Days 2025

Sketch figure with speech bubble: "We moved from survival cooking to enjoying, and now with fryers it had become more precise and efficient"

We're automating more and worrying less about mechanics

Chefs had to adapt to new techniques - they knew tools don't replace them but enhance their skills and push their craft further

Less effort, better results

With new things, fear, uncertainty and doubt arises - we can either panic or adapt and push what our tools can do

Thanks to MCPs, agents can interact with tools now and do more

Insight, circled like a cloud: MCPs now make these tools available and usable for everyone - in natural language

We still need to check our work - our name is on it!

Sketch figure with speech bubble: "I have a cookbook with recipes for you"

List of nine points:

Modernize your tech stack

Migrate design pattern

Apply clean coding principles

Add test IDs as locators

Run relevant tests on PR

Triage tests

Catch errors with BiDi

Analyze weak areas

Auto-write tests on PR

Insight, framed: You've got upgraded tools - consider how to apply them at your jobs

"Testing Transparently" by Elizabeth Zagroba ( @ez) and James Lyndsay #AgileTD #sketchnote

Sketchnote of "Testing Transparently" by Elizabeth Zagroba and James Lyndsay at Agile Testing Days 2025

Two sketch figures in front of a laptop with speech bubbles: "With two people you may discover new paths" - "Let's test this together transparently"

Practice app to generate crosswords

Voicing what they want to do and what they do

What you responding to?

Observing oddities

I wonder if we would have a smaller grid...

If we do this, I'm expecting that...

Oh! It did something surprising

Oh, I don't like that...

Notes: good things, questionable things, hopes and dreams

Voicing hypotheses and testing them

Would users want this?

Asking the audience we found even more excitingly weird things

We can use tools to explore! Bookmarklet to populate and generate grids, DevTools to check test coverage

Insight, circled like a cloud: You can build and ask for tools

As we're exploring we're developing judgment what success looks like

Insight, circled like a cloud: Exploratory testing can uncover a lot. Collaborating is fun and effective. Show your work publicly and openly.

Insight, framed: New paths need new people

"The Agentic AI World is Already Here... Are You Ready?" by Martin Hynie #AgileTD #sketchnote

Sketchnote of "The Agentic AI World is Already Here... Are You Ready?" by Martin Hynie at Agile Testing Days 2025

Sketch figure with speech bubble: "I have no idea what's going on on the machine learning side of our company... got transferred and ChatGPT came out"

How do we even test that?

"Let's throw ChatGPT at it and see what it does" - terrifying

Come up with a testing strategy - but for what?

What are the sorts of biases that come into it?

The LLM would defer information

Built a risk map

Guardrails were often too restrictive

"Just give us a test plan" - but we're just playing around

People want to see something to increased their confidence

Insight, circled like a cloud: We're often rather an uncertainty coach - offering a sense of calm"

We depended on prompt engineering to augment capabilities

LLM gave horrible response - shut down quickly

Built tool to evaluate LLM

Partnered up with legal - worked surprisingly well - worries LLM made something up, misleading

Insight, circled like a cloud: "Hallucination" is such a misnomer - it's statistical interpretation of the prompt, confabulation

Used automation to detect those conversations a human needs to look at

Discovered another team building the same solution... you need to advocate for your work

Insight, framed: Ask better questions. Design for observability. Split systems into the slides.

"Simplify to Amplify: How Slow Living Enriched My Soul" by Santhosh Tuppad #AgileTD #sketchnote

Sketchnote of "Simplify to Amplify: How Slow Living Enriched My Soul" by Santhosh Tuppad at Agile Testing Days 2025

Sketch figure with speech bubble: "Everyone has their own definition of slow living"

This is my own story

I am many things - but above all I am human and that is enough

My slow living is about harmony with people and life myself

I'm living without constantly checking the clock

Eating and drinking slowly without guilt or apology

Working with mindful intention rather than urgency

I listen to my heart

Sketch figure with speech bubble: "It is the simplicity of doing less but being fully present in what I do"

I thought testing and hacking is my passion - but life itself is

Insight, circled like a cloud: When we constantly ruminate - when do we live our life?

Slow living means I don't get anxious, I'm in the moment

I don't punish myself if things don't happen

I live entirely by the heart: no fixed routines, just the dance of life in each passing moment

No regret, no obligation

Moving at my own pace, I flow with life

I don't want to make money, I want to live a fulfilled life

If tomorrow I choose differently and I vibrate with that, I will follow that

This is what I do - if you have to care for someone it might be different

Insight, framed: I am making a choice with my lifestyle
