Rare financial inclusion project on Kiva needs more microlenders:
The Amazonas Savings and Credit Cooperative was established in 2011 by agricultural producers and merchants in Peru. In 2023, the cooperative implemented the “Mujer Chamba” financial product as part of its institutional strategy of financial inclusion with a gender perspective. It is aimed at women entrepreneurs and microentrepreneurs in the region.
