Consider a not so hypothetical example:
This is #Charkiv in the autumn of 2024. A group of hackers decides to convert a local bike cafe shop to a place that builds and improves on drones. They use lots of free software to do that. They hand them over the Ukrainian military.
Copyright law aside, is this an ethical use or not?
