Trump is now waging war against his own national bank, The Federal Reserve.

The Chair of The Federal Reserve explains that Trump is now suing him in an attempt to force him to set the US interest rates based on Trump’s feelings rather than economic responsibility.

I really hope this man can hold the fort until The Midterms because if not, the US economy has a really dark outlook.

Powell will be chairman until May 2026 ( four year term ) . My understanding is that he could remain on the fed board as a member .

As an European , I hope that the next chairman will be a lackey of the #racistrapistfelon. The sooner this country collapses, the better for the rest of the world.

Listening to MAGA politicians saying they can take what ever they want because they are “the apex predator”, sounds a lot like nazi generals who thought they could defeat the entire world because of their number of Tiger tanks.

November is coming, and for Trump’s goons it will be a cold one.

At least there is a good side.
If we do the calculations, the benefit of the 50 million barrels promised by Venezuela (even though I have big big doubts about this announcement) will be below the costs of the operation for that (navy, planes, drones, missiles, ...) (not to mention the human cost)

And then you are surprised that the #RacistRapistFelon has been bankrupt several times.
