​ How do we solve discoverability when using codeberg and self hosted Forgejo?

Is there already a solution here?

One of the things I loved about GitHub was the ability to search for other projects and then easily start contributing back to them.

I know there's federation planned in the Forgejo roadmap, but is there anything now that allows me to discover others on codeberg or with a self-hosted forgejo today? I want to build a network outside of GitHub.
