"huh? ...what time is it?" (2/4)

#Animals #Photography #Fox

A photo of a red fox lying on the ground in front of a gnarled tree trunk, mostly curled up, head raised, looking vaguely in the direction of the camera with a seemingly tired expression. Its eyes are mostly closed, only open enough to roughly perceive the surroundings, like it was just woken up. One of its paws is just visible poking out right next to its tail. It is framed by a bit of slightly out of focus greenery and fallen leaves of autumn.

"Do you have games on your phone?" (3/4)

#Animals #Photography #RoeDeer

An extreme close-up shot of a roebuck curiously sniffing the lens of the camera. The black nose easily occupies the center fifth of the image, and is very out of focus (being past the near limit of that lens). The eyes are almost in focus, but the clearest focus is a bit closer to the camera, so they are not quiet there. Due to the very wide angle on this shot, both eyes are clearly visible, as are the ears (one half of each), its legs (closely together and looking a bit far away), and, seemingly stretching into the distance, the relatively short antlers.
