Well, now I can say I'm on Molly. (Actually Molly-FOSS. It's a more secure client for Signal.) Too many other commitments currently, but it would be fun to start up a local free-libre software users group that could explore and promote alternatives. I wonder if there's any kind of meet-up for this around here.
