Important point being made at #RSECon25: not only do arts and humanities researchers have problems with the skills they need to do effective digital research, but RSEs don’t necessarily have the skills they need to interface with arts and humanities researchers. I found in my research that RSE is frequently used interchangeably with “computational science”.
