🧵 3 This is the same Post Office which has a red #RoyalMail postbox outside its door for cards & letters. They recently wrapped the whole thing in black tape and put a big notice on it, saying it will be replaced with some kind of automated /computerised postbox instead - now why would they do that in November, and leave the area with minimal and confused service ? Took parcels to to #PostOffice this morning, one of which is to go to London. #RoyalMail in the Post Office tell us the London parcel must go by #Parcelforce, which is in Duncrue Crescent in Belfast.
So, we trek into Belfast to eventually find the place in Duncrue - no thanks to #Google maps, which send us down a series of cul-de-sac. (1/4)

Thanks, #RoyalMail - not only is my redirection service not redirecting, but the only way to contact you is via the phone (which is very tricky to find & apparently will waste over an hour of my life) and all I want is a refund for the service you have failed to deliver.

Also I'm on day 3 of a migrainey headache, so I'm not in the best of moods either. Obviously this isn't the fault of the telephone operator so I will be lovely, but inside I'm GRRR!
