After tallying up the #BikeTO projects completed this year so far & what the City of Toronto expects to have finished, I determined only ten kilometres of new on-street bikeways could be installed in 2025 barring a miracle on Eglinton. 😢 #TOpoli #VisionZerowww.twowheeledpolitics.ca/2025/08/augu...

The car is the perfect capitalist machine.

Cars remove choice. Transit gets cut. Walking/biking is dangerous.
Cars spawn big box stores with easy parking that need to be rebuilt after a few decades.
