Me. Standing in front of a beautiful sea, next to a parkrun sign for Margate. I've got a tiny little black running cap (which makes my head look small), a vivid bright yellow running tshirt with black details, black shorts and very bright yellow running trainers. I look like a happy idiot. Hairy, grey and the body of a life well lived. It is not a great picture of me but this is unfortunately what I look like in real life instead of my brain, so I'm owning it. I look like a friendly twit. The sort of person you might stop and say hello to. Dogs like me. Children like me. No men fear me and no women wish to be with me. Fish don't get a say. Trees reckon I'm probably alright. The sort of person you want to be around but only for short periods of time. To think of me as a sexual being would be frankly an abomination. But I long for the sweet caress of another human being. Or to find solace in carbohydrate-based foodstuffs. I look like a massive bee.
