Thanks, all. I think BBQ apron is the most daddish but you only bbq so often. Coffee cup is more convenient. I say coffee cup.
@evan Please, my friend, donβt scroll past me. π Iβm a mother of three, and my children are struggling to get enough food. My campaign is still very weak. Even a small donation from you could put food on their table tonight. πβ€οΈ
@evan
Please, I beg you, help me secure my fatherβs medications before you leave. ππ
@evan what to print dad jokes on? That's easy: cellophane is the clear winner. Or paper towels, to absorb the groans. Or graph paper, to plot where it all went wrong.
Or crepe paper, because most dad jokes are a big pile of crepe.
Of course, for jokes by dads, pa-pyrus would be best, with the added benefit that, like a dad joke, it's ancient but keeps getting rolled out anyway. If you have no pa-pyrus, you could try man-ila folders. Just don't expect the laughter to be filed under 'genuine'.
Or how about a mug? You've got to be one to fall for a dad joke.
Or a flock of sheep? You've herd them all before.
A singlet would be a much safer choice, though, since it's totally armless.
Or a billboard, because, yes, Bill will indeed be bored.
Last choice would be the bottom of the barrel I'm scraping right now. So I'll stop here, since I can't go any father.
Are you still happy you asked?
I voted 'Other'. The rest are good choices but by far the best place to print a Dad Joke is electronically in the Fediverse.
@evan Directly on the dad.
@kvuzet "If you can read this you're too close"
Nailed it first time, the second time
@evan Baseball caps
@evan I like to fold little paper jumping frogs, which I hide in stuff my son is likely to happen across. I write the joke on their back and the punchline inside. (e.g. https://origami.org/origami-jumping-frog/)
@evan I voted other: condom packs are a great place for them
@evan underwear, so there's something else to laugh at
@evan
Dear brother ,
I have asked you for help many times, but you still havenβt been able to help me. Please, Iβm asking you not to ignore me or my family. Look at us with compassion and mercy. We are going through an incredibly difficult time, and even a small donation from you could bring us relief and give my family a little hope.
Please, brother , donβt turn away from us. If you can help us today, I would be deeply grateful. π
@evan I was going to say BBQ apron, but then I remembered all the mornings at my in-laws' when I've been drinking coffee from the "Namaste in bed" mug and the internal groaning is an engine that gives me strength for the day.
@carrideen this one took me a while
@evan Please help me pay my university tuition fees and complete my semester registration so that I can continue my studies and fulfill my fatherβs dream of seeing me become a nurse.Education is my only hope and my path toward building a better future. Every bit of support, no matter how small, can help me ππ
