With the way google is going I'm pretty sure they are gonna kick off FOSS apps at some point and side loading is gonna be a thing of the past at some point. I feel like people need to embrace FOSS and open source devices and stores and OSs more rather then staying in the big tech prison system

If you sent your ID card to Google etc and you are registered dev , I think, you should publish at Google, but If you are not registered dev, you should not publish fedilab at Google Play. Google should not require your documents.

My main issue as a solo dev is that Google asks for more and more personal information. I am not sure making my address and phone number public is worth it.
