When did you last eat a nutrition bar?
You can define "nutrition bar" however you'd like.
For me, I'd call protein bars, meal replacement bars, and energy bars "nutrition bars".
I would say that candy bars, gold bars, bars of soap and cocktail bars are not nutrition bars.
If you can't answer this question without an exact definition, that's ok.
@evan Eating a whole cocktail bar doesnβt count?
Dammit.
@evan a block of cheese is my favorite nutriion bar
Depends on what you're drinking and what's on the jukebox.
@evan every morning I eat a practice test for the bar exam, but since that's not the real thing I voted for over a quarter ago
Granola bars and fig bars: iffy
Lemon bars and maple bars: right out
@evan what about Kudos bars? 90s kids are wondering...
This Japanese-only article "kanemochi" is linked from the protein bar article on Wikipedia. It's a traditional high-protein survival food used by bear hunters, featured in an anime of some kind. So, sure, this counts too, if you had one of these.
@evan Kind bars are basically inside-out chocolate bars.
Making it easier to see the peanuts doesnβt make it less full of sugar.
Filing under βgranola bars.β
@evan For me βnutrition barsβ are sawdust, vs candy bars which are fancy sugar.
