We lack the energy. Newcastle are two steps faster in every situation. We lack precision in both directions, the final pass is constantly way off, and we lack focus, as we could all see from the two goals we conceded.
I don’t really care about the result today, but this was a really poor display from a team you’d expect to show that they’re ready for a fight and a fresh start.
@30yrdscreamer I wonder if Wirtz and Isak will ever show some real imoact. For a year now, all we’ve seen are little glimpses here and there, if even that. It's just sad. :-/
We'll see what Iraola can do about them. From the looks of it, it's going to take months, not weeks.
