@ozoned Regarding the "Login" buttons, one common scenario is just between different mastodon servers. Like I find someone's website, they have their Mastodon profile link, I click it, but that's their server, not mine. It still shows Login, Register, but also Follow button - and that's super confusing, even I still sometimes click it before realizing that I need to copy that url and paste it into search on my server. This is like a hidden secret that no newcomers can be expected to know.
@chebra@mstdn.io Oh absolutely! It's an incredible problem. I want to say there's talk of working on that kind of issue, but I don't know if there's work being done. If anyone knows, I'd love to hear it.
@ozoned btw I used the "Remote interact" of peertube comment to redirect me to my mastodon interface. That needs to be everywhere
