@neil Doesn't streaming come under the case law that access to news articles (was it), where simply accessing over the internet is treated the same as reading a book. Even if the book is not a legitimate copy, reading it is not copyright infringement. So the streamers are infringing not the streamees?

@neil Those things are often full of malware that will use a person's Internet connection for nasty things.
@neil Calling copyright infringement "theft" is profound clownery, and scaremongering about benign things (most forms of piracy) makes people dismiss the genuine issues (like this).
