@james do you have any iso timestamps when you observed this? I'm not seeing any global dippage in recorded OP3 requests

@james ah it looks like it was configuration specific: "Customers that have their web assets served by our older FL1 proxy AND had the Cloudflare Managed Ruleset deployed were impacted, approximately 28% of all HTTP traffic served by Cloudflare"
