It is time. Welcome to the Silly Scribbles Advent Thread. I have no overarching plan this year, other than I *might* try & add an additional Friend for each day, because I think that might be funny by Christmas Eve.

Anyhow, starting with one based on my Christmas Card design for this year (mainly because I am very behind with everything & it was the only festive image I have done).

I give you... FESTIVE BORB!

A photo of a round fluffed up Eurasian robin on a glistening snowy surface. It has a red face and breast, grey-white lower down, and brown on its head and back. The brown on its head is covered by a fluffy Santa hat, with a dangling fluffy bobble. The robin looks to camera, slightly unimpressed. On the right is Friend, a simple black and white drawn figure, holding a placard with the number one on it.

Winging it a bit (again) today, but can't miss the deadline on day 2 so have a slightly unorthodox ski jump from Friend at Creag Dubh, taking a leap towards the sprawling splendour of Rannoch Moor.

A photo taken from up a snowy mountain, looking over a non-snowy moor below. The image is split diagonally with the bottom right triangle the snowy foreground, dropping off to the top left section of moor. The sun is shining and the snow is dappled with blue shadows. In the distance is another snowy peak, with the flat moor between dark and golden. There are two simple drawn figures. One is wearing a Santa hat and skis, and jumping in a star jump off the edge of the snowy mountainside. One stands on the right holding a placard with the number 2 on it. They have a hand raised to their face, covering either amusement or alarm. Probably a giggle.
