My BiL lives in Japan and likes to send through pics of the English branded clothes, which although admittedly funny, is also sort of adorable. And at this stage I am 100% sure they're in on the joke.

@TheBreadmonkey
Do they have that "quite" one in different colours, with "somewhat", "really", "a bit" and "not at all"
I'd like to start a gang.
@TheBreadmonkey love that 'quite' hat.
Perfect gift for someone who works in libraries.
@TheBreadmonkey I would wear the "quite" hat and puzzle everyone around me.
@TheBreadmonkey on the flip side, this was in Sainsbury’s in Leicester a while ago.
@TheBreadmonkey tag yourself I'm GLARING ABOUT SOMETHING OF JUSTICE
Also enjoying this
Took me ages to work out what this was supposed to say
@TheBreadmonkey
This is for srepeph the ancient indus valley god of squash cultivation and wonton pleasures.
@TheBreadmonkey reminds me of one of my favourite definitions: “possibly: no in three syllables”.
@TheBreadmonkey@beige.party
You're right handed I assume?
@TheBreadmonkey I had a student long ago, about 8 years old, who came in with a pretty pastel green shirt with sparkly bubbly rainbow lettering that said 'useless'. Awkward.
And to this day I regret not buying the hoodie that proclaimed: someone smelling the scent of your skin: every second counts!
Still, I made up for it with the tshirt that said simply: swarms of winter gnats.
@TheBreadmonkey my all time favourite, 20 years ago and unforgettable, and I'm so annoyed I didn't manage to get a photo, was a young woman in a white t-shirt.
Across the front was a stylised Italian flag, which set the background for the word
"FELLATIO"
Though I confess to have proudly worn a shirt emblazoned with what I now believe to be "lampshade".
@TheBreadmonkey it’s japan, i wouldn’t be so sure 😅
